Scope Branded Environment & Custom Swag

A new brand identity deserves an environment built to match.

When the Park City Chamber of Commerce launched a new community brand, they needed the event itself to feel like the brand — not a generic networking reception with a logo on a banner. In The Event built a cohesive branded environment around the Chamber's new visual identity: a unified navy palette across 14 high boy tables, pallet walls as a warm rustic anchor, and branded centerpiece picks placed in the Chamber's own existing succulents.

The custom swag — 100 sustainable navy trucker hats with light blue and green decals, pressed on-site — was the tactile centerpiece. Guests didn't just see the new brand. They left wearing it.

The Brief

A brand launch is only as good as the environment it launches in. The Park City Chamber of Commerce had a new community identity — fresh colors, a new visual direction — and they needed an event that reflected it from the moment guests arrived to the moment they left.

The ask was specific: keep it cohesive, keep it intentional, and make the swag something people actually want. In The Event worked within the Chamber's existing assets — their succulent centerpieces, their existing badge graphics — and built a branded layer around them rather than starting from scratch. Every element was chosen to reinforce the same identity.

  • Cohesive navy palette across all tables and linens
  • Pallet walls as a natural, rustic anchor point
  • Branded centerpiece picks for existing succulents
  • Swag counter at the entrance with custom hats
  • On-site hat press for fresh custom decal application
  • A-frame signage — welcome, thank you, photo op
  • Entrance counter for free swag distribution
  • Single-day execution — delivery, set, run, strike

What We Built

Services Delivered

Every element designed to carry the same brand identity — from the tables to the hats guests left wearing.

Event Environment Fourteen navy high boy tables with dark navy and linen spandex covers, two natural pallet walls as backdrop anchors, and branded double-sided centerpiece picks placed directly into the Chamber's existing succulents — a cohesive branded room built around what the client already had.
Custom Swag One hundred sustainable navy trucker hats with custom light blue and green decals, applied on-site with a hat press. Guests received a finished, branded hat — not a bag of loose items. The swag counter at the entrance made the hats the first thing people encountered when they walked in.
Signage A-frame signs at key touchpoints — a welcome at the entrance, a thank you on departure, and a photo op prompt with social media direction — keeping guests oriented and giving the brand an active presence throughout the space.
Delivery & Setup Full weekday delivery, setup, and strike by In The Event crew — in and out in a single afternoon so the Chamber's team could focus on the launch itself.
