Furniture

Our event lighting inventory includes illuminated furniture pieces, like LED seating, bars, and tables, alongside uplights and LED walls. These pieces serve as both functional furnishings and dynamic light sources, creating immersive environments and eye-catching focal points throughout a room. From glowing cocktail tables to interactive LED benches, illuminated furniture enhances guest flow, encourages social interaction, and elevates branded or themed decor. Pair it with uplighting and LED walls for a cohesive, fully customized environment.

Walls & Stages

With our wireless capabilities, In The Event creates stunning party lighting designs. LED panels combine to form dynamic wall and stage backdrops, and our in-house graphics team can attach custom graphics for effects and logos to build unique walls and stages. We offer a full range of uplighting, wall-washing, and event lighting services, brightening dark venue walls, creating color-changing drape backdrops, or emphasizing art displays.

Displays

In The Event offers a vast inventory of wireless light-up displays, ideal for showcasing products alongside event lighting. Our options include lit spandex display walls and LED enclosed displays, and most of our LED and spandex structures assemble without tools. We've also expanded our collection of retail and display accessories, leading us to create a dedicated secondary site, Mannequin Rental Co., for additional inventory.

Floors & Runways

We are the leading provider of LED dance floors in the state. Our popular rentals consist of two-foot by two-foot square panels, easily customizable with colored lights or graphics. These versatile panels assemble into any size required, serving as floors, runways, stairs, or display platforms, and their strength holds up even at car shows.

Ceilings

This is what most people picture when they think of event lighting: disco balls, beaded swags, pixel tubes, chandeliers, and more. Wireless lights offer full design freedom, and our trained lighting specialists are on-site to keep every installation safe and on schedule.

Decor

Wireless lighting is an ideal choice for decor, including glowing jellyfish, arbors, shards, and more. LED pucks create glowing centerpieces, while twinkling fairy lights enhance floral displays. From accent pieces to entire marquee entrances, event lighting decor can shine throughout a space.

Custom Gobos

A gobo is a stencil placed in front of a light source to project a pattern, monogram, or logo onto a floor, wall, or backdrop. We build custom gobos to project names, dates, and branding directly into the room, adding a personalized layer of design without any extra structure to build or strike.

Pair a custom gobo with moving head fixtures or studio photography lights for a sharper, more dynamic projection across the space.

Custom Marquee Lights

Marquee signs are a mix of decor and lighting. We create custom-lit signs in various shapes or sayings, including branding and company names, for entrances, photo walls, and stage backdrops. As custom builds, marquee signs may require an external power source, which our team accounts for during planning.
