With over a decade partnership with The Sundance Film Festival, we are no stranger to tight timelines and fast turnarounds. As many Festival activations are approved within the three weeks leading up to the Festival, In The Event has provided support to our Sundance partners in event planning and logistics, branded activations, event rentals, staging, lighting and more.

In The Event serves as the local expert to clients traveling to Utah for the Festival and to those locally. From site visits and layouts to event logistics, In The Event provides in-person, onsite expertise, both in planning and execution for our clients.

Providing our clients full scale service, paired with a vast rental inventory, sets us apart. By offering an extensive collection of event rental furniture, audio/visual gear, event lighting and themed decor, In The Event provides clients with every resource to execute an event at a rapid pace.

Working within the guidelines of the Festival is something In The Event has mastered. We work with clients to ensure their event meets all criteria, from proper event permits to load-in/load-out schedules, our team helps guide our clients throughout the process to create a successful event.

In partnering with the Park City Chamber and Visitors Bureau, In The Event was tasked with designing and producing an event to showcase the new brand being launched in April 2024. With less than 5 weeks from site visit to the event date, our team was excited to tackle this challenge.

After completing an initial site visit and client meeting, our Account Executives began to design the look and feel of the brand launch with one large obstacle in mind - how to keep the brand hidden from guests before the big reveal. Working closely with PCCVB partners, the event design came together in a mixture of digital and physical activations for guests to enjoy during the event.

Utilizing staging and event production elements, In The Event was able to help our partner create a platform to highlight the digital assets created by the client. Providing all necessary A/V equipment and a team skilled technicians, the client was able to launch their new brand in a dynamic way digitally, coupled by a celebratory toast in signature glasses.

Concluding the presentation and big reveal, the In The Event team unveiled brand activations in real time to guests in attendance. Offering custom onsite T-shirt printing and Hat design featuring the new logo allowed guests to take the new brand home with them. Additionally custom branded design elements were revealed and installed onsite while guests networked to transform the space and elevate the new brand. In doing so, guests were immersed into a new space and the event space was transformed.

Upon departing the event, guests were given a swag bag featuring several items in hopes of promoting the new brand organically in the community.
