EVENT/WAREHOUSE TECHNICIAN

Job Description:

In The Event® is growing and actively searching for our next Event/Warehouse Technician. Our next event tech will be self-driven, enjoys working with their hands, and doesn’t mind being on their feet. They will work closely with our Warehouse and Production Manager alongside our In The Event® account reps and other event techs in preparation for upcoming events.

What sets us apart from other event production- or warehouse-related professions is our Tech Levels and training process. In The Event® provides in-house and on-the-job training, not only allowing every event tech to train and grow at their own pace but earn at a pace that allows for financial growth and a long-term career.

Shift/Schedule Overview:

We are not a typical 9am-5pm, Monday-through-Friday company. Work schedules include: day shifts, late-night shifts, early shifts, weekends, holiday-shifts, travel-shifts, weekend shifts, and 12+ hour shifts. A typical day may look like: maintaining inventory/trucks, setting up and striking events, shelving inventory, maintaining warehouse/office facility, making rental deliveries, driving commercial vehicles, unloading at venues, setting trade-show booths, prepping for the next event at the warehouse, or event tech training.

Though we are not your typical shift-schedule, we make up for it with our family-like work culture, our Tech Level pay grade, and actively promoting a healthy work-life balance with our PTO benefits.

Pay Rate:

Starting at $16.00/hr. If proven competency, our Tech Level training allows for $.50-$1.00 incremental pay increases. By your first Tech Level training phase, there’s potential for a $14.00 increase. In The Event® will invest in you! To emphasize, we have 3 Tech Levels phases that challenge, push, and make each employee become a valuable asset of In The In The Event®.

Benefits:

  • 40 hours of PTO + earnable hours of PTO (potentially 3 weeks of paid time off!)
  • 11 paid Holidays
  • Tech Level pay increases
  • Occasionally work-travel: Canada, Florida, Colorado, Wyoming, California, Las Vegas, and St. George, to name a few places
