Maybelline Ski Trip at Blue Sky
A 4-day fully branded luxury ski experience at The Lodge at Blue Sky, Auberge Resorts. Personalized room drops, a branded fitting popup, an 8-foot mascara installation, and custom collateral for every moment across four days.
The goal wasn't to fill the venue. It was to shape the experience inside it.
When In The Event was brought in to execute Maybelline's annual ski influencer trip at The Lodge at Blue Sky, the brief wasn't "set up an event." It was "make every single moment feel like Maybelline." Four days at a luxury Auberge Resort. Thirty guests. Multiple venues across the property. An 8-foot mascara factice shipped from a warehouse, custom-crated, and installed in a mountain lodge. Mirror decals with each guest's name and a personal quote, placed in their rooms before they arrived.
In The Event designed, fabricated, printed, and installed the full branded experience, from the valet arrival to the departure breakfast. Every room. Every meal. Every locker vinyl, food label, cocktail menu, and hanger tag in the Lifted Fitting. Nothing was applied over the venue. Everything was built into it.
Every Space Intentional. Every Moment Connected.
The trip ran across the full Lodge at Blue Sky property. Each day reset for a different experience. Each venue dressed for the moment.

The Challenge
A luxury influencer trip at a five-star mountain resort is a venue you integrate. The Lodge at Blue Sky already has a visual identity. Everything In The Event installed had to feel elevated enough to belong there while being distinctly, unmistakably Maybelline. That meant building branding directly into the environment, as part of the space itself.
The logistics were equally complex. Thirty guests across the full Lodge at Blue Sky property over four days meant a constant rotation of setups, flips, and teardowns, often happening simultaneously. The Lifted Fitting went in Wednesday, reset Wednesday night. Ski lockers at Goldner Hirsch Thursday. Wild Kitchen Friday. Spa lockers Friday evening. Each space had its own branded print and collateral. A print rush on day three added 35 reprinted menus to an already active execution.
- Multiple spaces: simultaneous setups across the property
- Personalized room drops for 30 guests pre-arrival
- 8-foot mascara factice: custom-crated and shipped
- Branded collateral for every meal across 4 days
- Lifted Fitting popup with 5 partner brand displays
- Patio door vinyls across resort spaces
- On-site reprint run to meet last-minute changes
- Freight coordination: receiving and return

The Execution
The In The Event team was in the warehouse with the client on February 24th, a full day before setup, confirming inventory, reviewing the print run and staging everything for the multi-space install. Setup day on February 25th covered the Lifted Fitting, room drops across 30 guest rooms, and the first round of venue dressing before guests arrived that evening.
From that point, the team rotated continuously. Striking one venue, resetting another, installing the next. The Goldner Hirsch ski lockers went in Thursday evening while the welcome dinner was running. The illuminated globes went in Friday morning before the masterclass flip. The spa lockers went in Friday evening while the Wild Kitchen dinner was in service. The print team ran reprints on-site on day three and had them placed before the next meal.
- Day-before warehouse prep with client
- 30 personalized room drops placed pre-arrival
- Multiple spaces dressed across 4 days
- Simultaneous sets and strikes throughout
- On-site reprint run completed same-day
- 8-foot mascara factice transported and installed
- All freight coordinated: receiving and return
- Full breakdown and freight return March 1st
