Additional Information - Know Before You Go

The Hyatt Regency only has one loading dock so we will need all exhibitors to be mindful of their vehicles, load-in, and load-out.

The dock is used for hotel delivery functions, multiple events, and all vendors. Please submit your preferred arrival time on this FORM

Following form submission, In The Event will contact you to confirm scheduling and logistics.

Shipping of Goods

Drayage is the receiving of exhibit materials, delivery to your booth, and removal of materials from your booth and reloading onto your outbound container.

(pallets/crates exceeding 45" x 48" or 250 lbs will incur additional fees.
