While we love coordinating and designing events from top to bottom, we also love working with venues, caterers and other event professionals to provide some of our amazing and unique rental inventory items. Often times, In The Event™ provides rental items to assist in completing the look of an event, from a VIP lounge area, to LED highboys or chandeliers to accentuate the theme. With three large warehouse spaces, and plans for expanding into a fourth, we have a plethora of unique rental items! Check out the pictures below to get a glimpse of some of the rental items we’ve provided in the past couple months.
1 & 2: Sweet 16 birthday party at Infinity Event Center, with white leather furniture, sheer white drape, LED highboys, shimmer chandeliers and a spandex gazebo
3: Lounge set up at the Grand America, including our black leather couches and side tables
4: Pre-holiday party Oxygen bar at Echopass to assist out of town employees in acclimating to the altitude
5 & 6: Conference event rental items at the Grand America, including black leather furniture, LED tables and white leather bar stools
7: Bluebird DMC got creative with our LED mods and utilized them as bar shelving
8: We worked with Cuisine Unlimited at the Grand America to put on a fantastic event for Fidelity
