Halloween Party Decor Guaranteed To Make Your Guests Scream

October 13, 2017

As event planners, we’ll admit to being very much inspired by the drama and theatricality of Halloween. From foggy graveyards to abandoned ballrooms, it’s the perfect occasion to let creativity run free. If you’re looking to host the perfect spooky soirée but need some haunted Halloween inspiration, we’re here for you. Read below for all the Halloween party decor we’re loving this holiday season!

When it comes to decking out your disastrous drool-fest, it’s all about the atmosphere. Though we’ve got everything from pumpkins to skeletons to cobwebs in our inventory, here are some of the more unconventional additions that will really pull your space together.

Find all of our Fall party decor and inspiration on our Fall Festival Essentials Pinterest board!

Step #1: Deck The Walls

Dressing up a drab venue is a breeze with our drape and wall decor. Use a haunting custom backdrop to add a themed touch, some drape to darken up the room, or a boxwood hedge, perfect for spooky cobwebs and spiders. It’s easy to recreate your space with drape and wall decor, which can be easily customized to accommodate any theme.

Step #2: Light It Up

No Halloween party is complete without some fancy faux flames or eerie pillar candles. We also recommend our LED Gobo Projector, a lighting feature built to display moving images, patterns, and more. From spooky spiders to shadows in the night, this Gobo projector is a must have for any Halloween party.

Step #3: Get Comfy

As much as we wish the entire evening would be filled with dancing and games, sometimes your guests will need a moment to just relax. Make sure you’re prepared with cozy event furniture rentals to satisfy every tired bone. Our Brown Leather Tufted Sofa for the ghouls and ghosts who need a quick nap, our Throne to drape in cobwebs and place the Pumpkin King, and our Sundance Bar for the over-21’s who need a liquid form of relaxation.

Step #4: Final Touches

It’s the little things that make the space. Find the perfect spooky vibe with this Iron Chandelier and Rosco Fog Machine, or give your haunted histories a place to sit with our vintage Trunk Table. Our Assorted Glass Vases are always fun to add to a Halloween centerpiece and our Birch Vignettes are great for a DIY indoor forest!
