In The Event is looking for dependable, hardworking team members to join our growing
production team. If you enjoy hands-on work, fast-paced environments, and being part of live
events, this could be a great fit.
This position combines warehouse operations, event setup, AV support, and equipment
logistics. One day you may be organizing inventory in the warehouse, and the next you may
be onsite helping produce a large-scale event.
• Set up and strike live events
• Assist with audio, video, lighting, and production equipment
• Prep, test, and maintain event equipment
• Organize warehouse inventory, shelving, and storage systems
• Pull and prep orders for upcoming events
• Load and unload trucks, carts, and pallets
• Support event load-ins, setups, and load-outs with the production team
• Track work orders, shipping orders, and customer orders
• Transport equipment using company vehicles
• Assist with inventory counts and quality control checks
• Core schedule: Monday–Friday with occasional weekend work
• Weekend shifts are scheduled in advance and weekday schedules adjust accordingly
• Standard shifts are 8 hours
• Overtime and extended shifts (up to 12 hours) may be required during busy event
periods
• We are NOT a 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday company. Nights, weekends,
holidays, and split shifts, will happen.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Flexible availability, including occasional evenings and weekends
• Ability to perform physical work and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable with repetitive movement and active work environments
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Basic technology skills (iPads/tablets)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Professional appearance and strong teamwork skills
• High school diploma or GED preferred
