At In The Event™, we love designing an awards night, as it is typically one of the most important nights of a conference recognizing individual and group achievements within the company. The awards night we recently coordinated for a Las Vegas conference was West Indies themed, allowing us to have a lot of fun with tropical linens, centerpieces, and other event decor.
Our in house designer created custom graphics that were applied to our wireless LED walls. The walls had a window shutter graphic with a planter box at the bottom, filled with real plants, creating a tropical vacation look. In The Event™ also helped enhance the look with tropical linens and centerpieces, using anthuriums, birds of paradise, papyrus and other greenery in the two different floral designs.
