Registration can be a mundane task at the beginning of an event. We sought to make this step more exciting and create an opportunity for a good first impression. We made the graphics bold and easy to find as guests approached their respective lines. Once through their line, guests arrived at our LED standard bars which were branded with the SendOutCards logo. This provided a place for guests to be assisted when signing in and above it were the well-tailored spandex displays.

In The Event™ and the Gallivan Center recently had the chance to partner in a styled photo shoot. The combination of their space and our modern event décor created an ideal backdrop for this project. The design concept was formal and elegant, with rich color tones including gold, browns, purples, and even citron green, all of which complimented the beautiful wood floors. US Speedskating recently had their Board of Directors meeting and opening reception for their 3 day conference at the Embassy Suites in West Valley, Utah. We at In The Event™ supplied most of the accommodations and modern event décor. We were asked to surprise the guests with a Candy Bar set up in the hallway after their opening reception held on the first evening.
This reception was a soft, organic and upscale ‘Welcome’. We listened carefully to their suggestions and provided an idea that their attendees would love. We chose to use our modular furniture and wood bar to play off the hip, organic look of the Embassy Suites modern décor. The buffet-style Candy Bar fit right in.
While meetings can sometimes be monotonous, we helped US Speed skating add a wow-factor that guests really enjoyed. Sneaking it in during the reception and setting it up with out anyone noticing made the whole thing even sweeter!
