The incredible ice sculpture company we partner with here in Utah, created the 14’ bar and sculpted lounge furniture for the ice lounge that will be present at Waldorf Astoria this Winter season. We work with some of the best ice sculptures in the country, and the custom bar is absolutely stunning!
In The Event™ utilized our wireless LED lighting to make the bar and lounge area really GLOW! The lounge is open every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evening. Check it out this winter season to get a glimpse of some of the unique work In The Event™ does.

What could better conclude a long week of being out of town for a business conference than a closing concert headlined by the Gin Blossoms? The last event we produced during our recent trip to Las Vegas was the conference’s closing party. In The Event™ provided all of the room’s decor, including lounge set ups with our black and white leather furniture, linens and modular LED furniture such as our coffee tables, side tables, and high boys. Our LED dance floor was also brought out for the event and was packed for the entire evening! The Gin Blossoms put on a fantastic show, playing for a solid 90 minutes, and of course ending with an encore performance.
In our most recent press release, we introduced our LED light boxes, which are 12” W x 12” D x 3” H and can be used as a centerpiece base, as a wall display, to provide lighting and ambiance in a buffet area and much more. The light boxes can be powered wirelessly, with 14 plus hours of battery life, or via AC power plugs should they be used as a permanent lighting piece. They can also can be set to match any color scheme, and have the ability to slowly or quickly change color settings. In The Event™ utilized these LED light boxes at the Ballet West Gala on October 27, for the centerpiece designs. As a Diamond level sponsor we created floral designs incorporating our tabletop chandeliers and LED light boxes.
At In The Event™, we love designing an awards night, as it is typically one of the most important nights of a conference recognizing individual and group achievements within the company. The awards night we recently coordinated for a Las Vegas conference was West Indies themed, allowing us to have a lot of fun with tropical linens, centerpieces, and other event decor.
Our in house designer created custom graphics that were applied to our wireless LED walls. The walls had a window shutter graphic with a planter box at the bottom, filled with real plants, creating a tropical vacation look. In The Event™ also helped enhance the look with tropical linens and centerpieces, using anthuriums, birds of paradise, papyrus and other greenery in the two different floral designs. In The Event™ provided the runway and stage decor at the Fall Bridal Extravaganza held on Saturday, October 6th at the South Towne Exposition Center. We utilized our wireless LED runway with a clear acrylic top to showcase purple and gold flower petals matching the decor surrounding the runway.
Other decor elements included our touch screen video towers with custom graphics, a wireless LED high boy, sheer white drape, beaded curtains and custom non-floral centerpieces created by our fantastic in-house designer. Our wedding services include event décor, florals and full service event design. We spent most of last week in fabulous Las Vegas for a four day conference at Red Rock Resort, providing event decor for four awesome nights of events. Stay tuned for more pictures from this conference, from the opening reception to the performance from the Gin Blossoms on the closing night!
For now, we’ll showcase the opening reception held at the pool, featuring our glowing LED furniture with custom graphics, white leather bar stools, non-floral centerpieces, two of our oxygen bars, and two of our ten foot chalk walls. To provide some extra entertainment, there was a girl who performed 20 minute sets in a bubble that floated in the center pool.
In September, In The Event™ provided a fabric wrapped tent structure for Clayton and Meagan's beautiful wedding in Spanish Fork. Meagan is Mary Craft’s daughter, and we always love working with Mary and the Culinary Crafts team! We were happy to be able to contribute something to Meagan’s special day. Jacque Lynn was the wedding photographer and was kind enough to send us some of her photos from the event showcasing the orange tent structure we assembled.
The romantically wrapped tent created an elegant appearance and looked incredible during the day and into the evening. In The Event™ participated in the recent Bridal Extravaganza at South Towne Exposition center and was able to also showcase these photos in our video towers. In The Event™ has worked with 4Life for the past four years on their conventions, and is in the process of planning the fifth. We love working with their events team and were thrilled to assist with their 15 year anniversary celebration and the grand opening of the new south building at the company’s Global Headquarters in Sandy, Utah.
In The Event™ provided florals and linens for the opening party. For the new product store within the new south building, In The Event™ developed custom LED light displays to spotlight the products arranged in the window displays. Additionally, one of our LED highboys was customized and used as a podium for speakers, set atop our dance floor mods, during the ribbon cutting ceremony. We also assembled floral designs for the entryway of the new building.
The event was broadcasted live to 4Life offices worldwide. Speakers at the ribbon cutting ceremony included Utah Senator Orrin Hatch, Congressman Jim Matheson, and Sandy City Mayor Tom Dolan. Congrats to 4Life on their building expansion!
In The Event™ was a proud sponsor of the VIP reception for the grand opening of the new Park City visitor center located in Kimball Junction at the entrance to the Utah Olympic Park. The new state-of-the-art visitor center had a grand opening celebration on October 4th, with a VIP reception the night before. Be sure to check out the new visitor center next time you are in Park City! New features include TVs throughout the center showcasing Park City activities and highlights, as well as a projector showing beautiful panoramic views of Park City, one of our favorite places in Utah!
In The Event™ created several lounge areas for the evening with our leather modular furnitureand LED coffee tables. We also provided some of our LED high boys positioned around the food display area. We were in good company as a sponsor for the evening, as Bill White Restaurant Group provided the food for the event. To match the ambiance of the fall decor at the food station, In The Event™’s modular furniture was programmed to an amber hue. All of our wireless LED furniture can be programmed to match any color in your decor or event color scheme. Here are a few pictures from the evening.
