For the second year in a row, In The Event was able to participate as a sponsor for the 4th annual Art Meets Fashion event, donating our unique event decor. We had a blast working with Heidi and Anne, AMF founders, this year to create this glamorous Hollywood-themed event. We utilized our black and white leather furniture, chandeliers, LED dance floor, video towers, high boys, and coffee tables. We also designed centerpieces for the VIP tables surrounding the fashion show, consisting of our tabletop chandeliers and large white feathers. To complete the look, we assembled two large centerpiece displays to surround the runway area. They were positioned atop of our mirrored pedestals, reflecting the scenery of the garden.
The beneficiary for this year's AMF was Red Butte Garden. All proceeds went towards the development of Red Butte's new Water Conversation Garden. We love being a part of green events and making all of our own events as eco-friendly as possible, so this was a perfect fit! The evening began with an art hour in the Wall Garden, a DJ in the Wedding Garden, and some stunning floral fashion displays. The runway shows in the Wedding Garden began at 7 p.m, followed by a live swing band performance and a DJ concluding the evening's entertainment.
